What's in a Design Package

A typical package includes a fully detailed 3D CAD model, general arrangement and detail manufacturing drawings, seal and gland specification, a bill of materials, and a rod buckling and burst pressure calculation package. It is assembled so that manufacture and third-party certification can proceed without gaps.

Built for Certification

Because the calculations are produced alongside the design, the package is ready for CAT3 checkers and third-party inspectors including ABS, DNV and Lloyd's Register. Every figure is traceable, which is what makes a calculation stand up to independent scrutiny.
