Using SolidWorks Design Premium we model parts accurately in 3D and produce the drawings to manufacture them. Our understanding of machining, forming, welding and finishes means each part is designed to be made efficiently, not just to look right on screen.

Design for Manufacture

We apply sensible tolerancing and GD&T, select materials and finishes to suit the duty, and work to general engineering standards such as BS and ISO as well as your own specifications.

What You Receive

A fully detailed 3D model and manufacturing drawings, supplied in the formats your supply chain needs such as STEP, DWG, PDF and eDrawings.

Can you design a replacement for an obsolete part?

Yes. We regularly model new and replacement parts, working from a sample, a scan or old drawings, and produce fresh manufacturing drawings so the part can be made again.
